Fish Market box - Cornish Mackerel XVII

Freshly caught Mackerel still glistening and bright eyed! These mackerel are individually made and Raku glaze fired with various oxides and added lustres. Crackle raku glaze gives the fish unique characteristics. Inspired by my visits to local fish markets. Displayed in a handmade chalky white distressed wood box frame.  Designed to be displayed on wall.
